Frequently Asked Questions

Do you hire new graduate NPs?

We primarily seek nurse practitioners with prior clinical experience. However, exceptional new graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered and supported through additional mentorship and structured training.

What specialties do you accept for physicians?

We welcome physicians from all specialties, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Surgery. Previous wound care experience is helpful but not required, as we provide comprehensive wound care training.

How long does credentialing take?

Credentialing typically takes between 30 and 60 days, depending on state requirements and how quickly documents are submitted. Our team assists with all paperwork and actively follows up throughout the credentialing process.

Is this 1099 or W-2 employment?

We offer both W-2 employment and 1099 independent contractor arrangements based on the role and your preference. Compensation structures and benefits packages vary depending on the employment type.
