Medical Services

Healix360 provides wound care services including assessment, treatment, and management of chronic and acute wounds. Our services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, and wound care specialists.

Services are provided based on medical necessity and clinical appropriateness as determined by our healthcare providers. We work with referring physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare entities to coordinate comprehensive wound care.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to services (or have a legal guardian or authorized representative)
  • You must provide accurate and complete medical history and insurance information
  • You must reside in a service area where we provide mobile wound care
  • You agree to comply with treatment plans and follow medical advice provided by our healthcare professionals

Important: Not an Emergency Service

Our services are NOT for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Our mobile wound care services are scheduled appointments for ongoing wound management and are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

Payment & Insurance

Insurance Billing

We accept Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans. We will bill your insurance directly for covered services.

You are responsible for:

Verifying your insurance coverage and benefits before receiving services

Providing accurate and current insurance information

Any co-payments, deductibles, or co-insurance amounts

Services not covered by your insurance plan

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or upon receipt of invoice for any amounts not covered by insurance. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.

Late payments may be subject to collection efforts and may affect your ability to receive future services until outstanding balances are resolved.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated missed appointments may result in cancellation fees or termination of services.
