Concierge patients receive priority on the schedule, including evening and weekend availability. Visits are scheduled in 90-minute blocks rather than the standard 30–45 minutes, giving the clinician time to address related concerns and review the broader care picture with the family.
Direct Clinician Access
Concierge patients have a direct phone line and secure messaging access to their primary clinician for clinical questions between visits; including in-the-moment guidance on dressing changes, signs of infection, or pain management.
Fully Coordinated Specialist Consultation
When a wound requires vascular consultation, plastic surgery, infectious disease, or hyperbaric oxygen therapy, our concierge team coordinates the appointment, manages records exchange, and arranges transportation when needed; the family is not left to navigate the referral on their own.
Discretion & Privacy
Concierge service is delivered with the discretion expected by executives, public figures, and families who value privacy. Visits are unmarked, the clinician arrives in plain professional attire, and all communication is routed through a secure private channel.
